RELIGIOUS SENSITIVITY
White Info icon with grey background

Data is gathered from CIA World Factbook.

Across all four states of Micronesia, the population is primarily Christian. There are other smaller religious groups, and a number of Christians also combine their beliefs with folk traditions. The Micronesia constitution strictly protects religious freedom, and religious groups are united in their value of social justice, often cooperating to fight issues like drug abuse or human trafficking.

TRANSPORTATION

Micronesia consists of four archipelagos: the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Republic of Palau. All of the archipelagos offer inexpensive taxi services and road travel is considered pretty safe despite many roads not being paved. Driving is the main mode of transportation, although travel by boat can be expected between islands within each archipelago. There are also domestic flights available across longer spans of an island.
