TRANSPORTATION

A national highway system links various parts of Cameroon. However, Road networks are generally in poor condition. During the raining season, roads are barely passible and require a 4x4 vehicle. Driving is a generally risky thing because of the lack of traffic signs, speed limits posted, and aggressive drivers. Border regions with Chad and The Central African Republic can be dangerous because of bandits.
